I originally went shopping for just an amp to go with my existing system. When standing with the many choices side-by-side, the real value was quickly apparent. I could buy this system for just a little more than if I just bought the amp alone. This wonderful value keeps going; when I got the the system out of the boxes and started assembling, I was in for another treat..good directions. The system went together easily and quickly and the sound is flawless, in my opinion. I was so impressed that I returned to the store the following week and bought the same system for my married daughter. We both are absolutely satisfied with our Onkyo systems and highly recommend it to anyone searching for the best sound for the dollar.
