What a waste this product has been. I thought that having it set up by the computer, the caller ID function would help me screen calls when I was in the middle of work. WRONG!! After 6 months I have given up trying to make the thing stay working. The note feature and the address book have also disappeared. I had better luck with my old pocket organizer. Plus there is no redial available.

The speaker phone works great and I like the hands free option with it. I do believe the money I spent on this would have been better used for a cordless headset, though.

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. What I thought would be a time saver has been a loss. This has been an expensive corded phone for sure.
