This is just a warning, a warning about a problem that has occurred, and keeps occurring since I signed up with AllTel cell phone service.
The price was good enough- my wife and I both got phones and 300 minutes every month, all for about $68.00 a month. Or so we thought.
The first bill came and it was a shock. What were we billed? $178.42
That's right, almost triple what we were supposed to be billed. So I call them, get put on hold for about an hour, get it cleared up and actually was pleased with the service.
Then came the next months bill. $125.00
So I call again, go through the same routine, and am now starting to doubt the quality of the AllTel operations.
As of this date, I have not received one bill that has been even CLOSE to being correct. On the very next bill that is incorrect (which will of course be the very next one I receive) I am dropping them. It's all a big pain in the ,,,,!
