I have had a lot of cell phones and up until recently have been very dissapointed in them. Some can not be carried in your purse because it's as heavy as carrying a brick. When my phone would ring, I would have to dig through my purse (because it was obviously too heavy to wear on a belt loop). Usually by the time I answered, the called had hung up.
Now that I have my Motorola Star TAC, I will never have that problem again.
It's small enough that if I don't want to carry a purse, I can stick it in the pocket of my Levi's and go go go!!!
I love the vibrate feature on this phone. Instead of it ringing, it will vibrate intense enough that you will know that you are getting a call.
The clear sound has fooled so many people. I have actually had some of my family and friends ask why I'm home so early, thinking I must be home because cell phones are never that clear. That's where they were wrong.
I love the memory option of storing 99 phone numbers in there. It saves me from having to look it up in my address/phone book. Also another feature worth mentioning is the roaming/out of service blinking light.
This is very helpful. For such a small phone and battery you would think that it must not have a long talk time but actually I've used up to 75 minutes. The charge on the battery last about 24 hours and you can always
easily attach an extra, larger battery for longer trips. If your in the market for a light-weight cell phone with great features, THIS IS THE ANSWER. LOVE IT!!!!
