Pros: sometimes the phone bill is lower or not

The plan that I have right now,is not bad at all, but the worse part of this is, they do not tell you completelyall of the rate plans and all of the extra phones that they have to have a deposit on the extra phones that you geton your account and also they don't evertell you that you are paying for the past months billthat way they can confuse you even if you do ask all of the questions, then if you try and talk to the customer serviceperson, you have to wait as long as you have to until one does get on the line to talk to you.In my expert opinion, if you want acell phone service I would say keep on shopping around until you find the right one that you want I am doing just that at this time,i will never go to cellularone ever again,that is just how I feel about this company.
