This subwoofer is absolutely the best sounding subwoofer I've ever heard! I have tested some others, but this sub has the best efficiency of any that I've tested.
Pros - This was the first sub that I've ever bought that actually came with dimensions on how to build your own custom enclosure. I've had other subs that came with approximate measurements on an enclosure, but none that give you a drawing along with three different designs. I can really pump some power into this sub too! I'm running a Rock Fosgate Punch 40x. (It's old , I know, but they don't make them that solid anymore.) I figure that I'm pushing about 140 Watts into the one sub in my trunk. It hits hard. No distortion, except for all the rattles in my car!
Cons - Well, I've had this sub for about 4 years now. It has never given me a problem. I don't overpower the sub, so that's probably while it's lasted so long. I'm sure it can handle quite a bit of power though. Especially with the newer models.
This sub is great. I would recommend this speaker to anyone who is looking to have a "High End" system in there car.
