Late last summer we experienced Hurricane Floyd and among the top four carriers in our area, two remained on the air, while the other two, were down for four days. I was one of the unfortunate ones to be without cellular service as I was NOT with BellAtlantic Mobile. Noticing that one of my neighbors was talking on her cellular phone, I immediate asked "who is your provider?" to which she replied "BellAtlantic Mobile." Everyone else on our street was with one of the other, oversold, overpromoted cellular providers. With BellAtlantic, I not only receive extremely reliable service with the phone, but also enjoy the benefit of dealing with knowledgeable customer service reps who apparently are well trained with their product. So far, 6 months into my contract, I am 100% delighted with the service. Highly recommended.
