These phones are great. The only problem is that everyone owns one, and they are probably THE most common phone.
The interchangable covers are slightly fiddly to get on and off, but you get used to them.
If you see a company offering free covers, chances are that they are from a cheap company and that they won't fit properly. Always buy Nokia's own covers.
The phone in my view is the right size for a phone and it has all the features you need from making your own ring tones to playing games.
There is no WAP, but WAP has not really taken off yet, so I don't think its a problem.
I never heard of any problems with these phones and there are many places where you can now get them free when you sign up for a contract.
There is now a replacement called the 3310.
It has only a few extra features, so there is no point in paying more money for it.
