I have been a Sprint PCS customer for 3 months and I'm pretty disgusted with their service. I got overbilled $300 in the first two months. I got charged for 3 phones instead of 2, got double charged for monthly service, got charged for activation fees even though their Web promotion waived activation fees, and got added to the wrong plan!
To top it all off, I can't get a line inside my company's building! My battery dies "Searching for service..." I can only get service when I lean on my office's window. Good thing we are moving to a new building in two weeks where I can get a strong signal.
Seek advice from your co-workers and friends about the cellular service they have. This way you can find out if you can use the cel phone at work or not!
