When I saw the advertisements in the newspaper for Sprint I couldnt believe how low priced their plans were for the amount of air time they were giving. We were spending more on my husbands cell phone alone than the cost of two phones on Sprints plan amounted to. He is out of town and on the road quite often and would run up some large bills mainly due to roaming charges. There are no roaming charges with Sprint and you can call anywhere on the network.
The Sprint phones came with a $40.00 rebate on one phone or $99.00 rebate on two phones. With the purchase of two phones, we were also given a $60.00 Dillards gift certificate because we purchased them at Dillards. The phones also came with leather cases, car chargers, and home chargers as well.
Some of the other added features of Sprints service is caller ID, voice mail, call waiting, three way, call forwarding, and speed dial at no additional costs. The voice activated speed dialing is really cool too. My husbands phone conversation occasionally will cut out when he uses it. I havent had any problems with mine doing that so its possible the phone could have some problem.
Customer service can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The few times I have called customer service I have always received prompt, friendly, helpful service.
