To and a Amp and subs to your factory stereo system is pretty easy. The first and most important thing to do is figure out what product will best suit your needs and wallet.

Once you purchase your new amp and subs. You will need to buy a line level convertor, and RCA wire, unless your new amp has speaker level input. Also you will need speaker wire, ground wire, power wire, a fuse holder, and Remote wire.

You need to figure out where your rear speaker wiring is,once you have found the wiring you should follow the directions on your line level converter to which wire is what, there should be a positive left and right, and a negative left and right. Connect the correct wire to each other.

Attach your RCA wires to the line level convertor. Connect the fuse holder to your Positive terminal on your battery(Remove the fuse). Run the power wire through the firewall usually its best to go through a factory grommet. Run the wire underneath your carpet all the way to your trunk or behind the seat of your truck.

Attach your ground wire to metal as close to where your amp is going to be mounted as possible. Scrape the paint away where the screw and wire will be connected for a better ground.

Mount the amplifier and attach the power and ground to the amplifier. Look at your fuse panel and find where there is power only when the key is in the on or acc position. Connect the remote wire to that outlet.

Run the Remote wire on the opposite side of the vehicle from the power wire to the truck or behind the seat in a truck. Attach the remote wire to the amp. Connect the speaker wires to the amp and to the sub box. Put the Fuse in the fuse holder near the battery and you are set.
