The RCA satelite box is great. I have a directv dish but I have an RCA box. The Rca is very fast(32 bit) compared to Hughes(16 bit) it is fairly easy to use and very quick. To continue with sattalite in general, I think that directv is great. It has better prices for more options and better service. directv is cheaper than SONY and you really dont get much benefit from choosing sony. I have had both and they are both basically the same.Except that SONY is a lot more expensive.
