Pros: Flexibility, large data entry, and all the software features you would need Cons: Reception lacks in certain places unlike other phones.
Approximately 6 months ago I purchased the Motorola StarTac 7760. If you like
simplicity and flexibility then this is the phone for you. The phone itself contains major
features such as voice-mail, and numeric messaging that can be adjusted...

Pros: Lightweight, portability, small size Cons: Price
The Motorola StarTAC 7760 has to be one of the best innovative phones produced and marketed today. It is packed with dozens of features and coupled with a quality digital carrier, not many other phones can touch it for the price.
What I like...

Pros: Long Standby and Talk Times, Easy To Use, Lots Of Features Cons: Antenna is too Soft, Easily bent
I have used and owned quite a few cellular phones. Technology never ceases to amaze me. I have owned the best of the best and the worst also. I recently switched from my Nokia 6160 to the StarTAC 7760. Mainly the reason was because of the reception...

Pros: great reception, conveniently lightweight Cons: not as user-friendly as other phones
I bought this product to replace my bulky old Sony phone. The absolute greatest thing about my StarTAC is its portability. The worst thing is probably the short battery life, especially in comparison to at least the newer Nokia phones (e.g. 6000 series)....

Pros: small and cool! Cons: keys are teensy tiny!!
NOKIA or STARTAC??
That is the question--I must say, I went with the 7760 for its ultra-small size and crystal clear clarity. Although it's not the cheapest phone on the market, its battery life and size alone make it worth the money. My only...

Pros: Light-weight, durable and lots of features. Cons: cost.
I have had a lot of cell phones and up until recently have been very dissapointed in them. Some can not be carried in your purse because it's as heavy as carrying a brick. When my phone would ring, I would have to dig through my purse (because it was...

Pros: compact size, long-lasting battery Cons: price
I have had several different cell phones over the past few years. At first, it was to keep in the car in case of emergency, but it slowly became something I wanted to keep with me when away from home so I could always be reached, or make calls should I...

Pros: small and light, good performance Cons: fragile antenna and unit, limited battery
I acquired this model in 3/99. It has performed very well but does have a few irritating problems. Talk time is alarmingly limited it seems to me. Also it is rather fragile. The antenna design is moronic because it is very delicate. The tip of mine...

Pros: Dual mode, Compact, LCD screen Cons: No games or fancy ringers like the Nokia
What do you consider in getting the best possible value for your cell phone? Top on my list is compactness, reliability, and readability.
Motorola has met these three factors. The one I use I got from Radio Shack for $150 including tax. It's...
