Pros: small, long battery life Cons: PCS service required
I have been relatively satisfied with my Samsung SCH-3500 to this point. I initially bought it because I saw my roommate with it and I thought it was the coolest thing. The price, $150, was actually quite reasonable when it comes to cell phones,...

Pros: Compact size---SHARP looks Cons: Compact Battery life..Small display
The samsung 3500 could possibly be one of the best phones on the market.
I reciently upgraded from a Touchpoint Dual band, Immediatly I noticed a huge decrease in the size of the screen and battery life. I couldn't last a day on a full charge. I...

Pros: Sleek, easy to handle, durable, clear Cons: Poor performance when used in a mall complex or office.
I purchased the SCH-3500 in May of 2000. I was initially attracted to the look, a sleek, flip top,
small unit. I soon became impressed with the standard features...web browsing, call waiting, voice
mail, voice activation, auto dialing, voice...

Pros: great style, great features, reliable Cons: wish we had a selection of colors
This is my second phone (using with the Sprint PCS). I used to have the Sony phone before, but I dropped it, and the damn jog dial came off. I was actually kind of tired of that phone anyway, because it wasn't getting good signal inside my room (I use...

Pros: Voice Dialing Cons: Flip piece is easily breakable
I lost my nokia a few weeks ago. I learned that I can not live without a cell phone. I went looking and found this handy piece at a pretty good bargain. My nokia cost about $200. This phone feels lighter and is a lot more compact than the Nokia 6160...

Pros: Wireless service, price, appearance Cons: Sprint coverage, availability, Analog mode
I've been using this phone for about nine months now, so I think I have a pretty good idea of the benefits and disadvantages of using this phone. Here goes:
Advantages: Its very cheap, especially compared to other phones with Wireless Internet...

Pros: Futuristic, compact, lots of features Cons: Fragile; bad customer service
I'm a big fan of technology and design. I had seen a couple of people with this phone, and my Fiancee noticed the gleam in my eye (directed towards the phone). She got me one for my birthday. It was the perfect gift. The SCH 3500 is really compact, easy...

Pros: size, features, price, rebates Cons: poor text messaging menus, voice quality
As other reviewers have stated, this phone is a great value with the number of features and the size. You can even browse selected web sites, but at $.39 a minute it will feel VERY slow. I also couldn't bookmark a site (visto.com) which meant a very...

Pros: Looks, features, quality Cons: Not great for web
When I decided to buy a new cell phone last fall I was looking at two things: durability and price. I'd gone through three different cell phones of varying price in the past four years and none had stood up well to day to day use. I ended up getting a...

Pros: Nice, complete functions Cons: Short battery life, faultly
I have this phone from September 2000. Work good for many months, but the battery give 2 days of use (less than manuals). Other brands/models work more than this.
Weeks ago, the ringer goes off, the earphone muting randomly. The phone has a problem...

Pros: Feature Packed; Stylish Look; Lotta Bang For Buck Cons: Antenna Prone To Breakage; No Holster
I change phones every 4-6 months. When I changed to this latest and the greatest I wasn't disappointed. Moving from the Samsung 2000, I found the same features in a smaller and slicker package with the exception of the web capability.
Good...

Pros: Dual band, voice dial, wake up service Cons: None so far
The Samsung SCH-3500 is great phone due to its many features and voice dial system. The reason why I bought this phone is because of the dual band feature, since in some places only the analog system works. This phone is also very small and fits...

Pros: Voice dial is a great feature; beeps so you know call is dropped Cons: Can't control rings before voicemail pickup; voice dial sometimes sloppy
Two complaints: no way to control the up to 5 rings it takes before voicemail kicks in, and the occasional unusability of voice dial (if you're mad, it refuses to recognize what you're saying...) But other than that, I have really enjoyed this phone....

Pros: Great price, loaded with features, looks great Cons: Flip-top mechanism feels fragile
I bought this phone purely because it looked different and it looked good. I've had this phone for about a month and I found the sound quality pretty good most of the time. However, you tend to lose reception once you go into some garages, elevators, or...

Pros: Fantastic Ergonomics and Features Cons: Clarity quality questionable
My special lady friend is a doctor and she had to have a phone that would vibrate instead of ring. I wanted to be on the Sprint PCS network and we both wanted the backup of dual-band. That left us with one choice: the Samsung 3500. I was prepared to...
