I had dish on my boat where i lived for 5 years and didnt have any issues. except it went out when ever it rained. when I moved into my house the reciever went out and they said they would send me a new reciever for 30 bucks
and it didnt work, let the nightmare begin. I was told they would send somebody out and if the new reciever didnt work
there would be no charge. The guy came out and checked it out and said your right the box is broke. and called and said he had replaced the box. I got the bill and they charged me 150 dollars I called and complained and they said they would refund the 70 dollars for the service call and then they turned my programing off for non payment I called them
back and they said they made a mistake but couldnt turne the programming back on till they recieved the 20 dollar difference that was due 2 days ago
