Pros: Tons of channels, Good support, Easy to set up yourself, cheaper and better than cable.
Cons: Initial setup turned out to be harder than expected, due to getting local channels, picture sometimes gets fuzzy during storms and planes flying over.
Summary: DirecTV is definitely the best decision my family and I ever made. A couple of years ago, we didn't even have cable, but now, we have access to over 500 quality channels with movie packages, sports packages, and more!
