I got this to use for running and love it! Holds tons of music - I put about 5 full cd's on it. I also use the voice recording feature to record my class notes for law school for studying for exams.

I used this for running but unless you completely stop to adjust volume or use the "too long for comfort remote volume," you'll break the fragile microswitches. All of the switches have broken on my model. Volume, record, etc.
