Details: Breezaire Cooling Systems are designed to complement a wines delicate properties. With a Breezaire system, a wine can mature properly and develop the special qualities that result when a fine wine is aged under carefully controlled conditions. Breezaire Cooling Systems are completely self-contained units designed when installed in a properly constructed enclosure to provide a constant selectable temperature between 55 and 62 degrees Fahrenheit while maintaining 50 to 70 percent relative humidity.
