Details: When Greg Schirf found his way to Park City from Milwaukee, America's beer capital, he decided Utah needed a brewery. Naming his beers after the majestic mountains that provide pure, natural water for brewing, Schirf introduced award-winning Wasatch beers in 1986. Wasatch Brew Pub has housed Schirf Brewing Company and Park City's most popular restaurant since 1989.
