Pros:Taste great, price, nostalgia for younger days
Cons:slight hang over the next day,
Come on, just admit it, you like Boone's Farm. It's a guilty pleasure that most of us share. The light, fruity flavor takes you back to the good old days of your college or teen-aged years.
Usually found in the beer cooler somewhere in between the Schlitz malt liquor and the Mickey's Hornet, Boone's Farm is a joy to buy and to purchase. The cost is a minute $2.99 (just five years ago it was $1.69, damned inflation!) so the money you save on buying Boone's Farm instead of a premium wine is quite a lot. Enjoy the savings and, hey, you can even afford to get a couple of good cigars!
A homeless person and friend of mine once told me that Boone's Farm was the Gatorade of bums. He insisted that something this tasty had to be good for you, and I agreed. It is a very delicious drink with no bad after taste and a hidden kick. Watch out, Boone's Farm still packs a punch! The hang over isn't to terribly bad and after slamming a bottle of Strawberry Hill (Boone's most popular flavor) everything is just ooooooookkkkkkkkkkkk.
