Except that this corkscrew is the best around. Granted it is a little pricey, but I think it is a must have for anyone who enjoys wine.
The ease of use is only one of the reasons I recommend it. I have ruined wine before because I have broken the cork into the wine, that will NEVER happen with this corkscrew. I have also had corks that were nearly impossible to pull out with a regular corkscrew, but that came out easily with this one. I love that because I can't count the number of times I have been pulling on a cork, with all my strength and it won't budge, until suddenly, it does and you are covered in red wine!
The corkscrew is not complicated to operate either. All one has to do is place it on the top of the neck of the bottle, hold the two handles that come together around the neck, in one hand, and with the other hand move the lever up and down and that's it. It couldn't be easier.
The corkscrew also comes with a little do-dad to cut the foil on the top of the bottle, which is so simple but works perfectly. There are two tiny circular blades in a horseshoe shaped plastic piece that fits onto the top of the bottle. With one twist of 180 degrees the foil is neatly cut and it comes right off.
I would tell everyone who has ever struggled with a cork to buy this product. It is functional, well made, and quite a time saver if you entertain and serve a lot of wine.
