Where NOT to keep your wineJan 19 '00 Write an essay on this topic.Ok, so this isn't entirely on topic, but it may be helpful. The other night I got a bottle of wine, I drove home and having my hands full, left it in my car, in the garage. This morning when I went out to the car, I couldn't help wondering when I put all the air fresheners in the car, then I realized, it wasn't air fresheners, it was the bottle of wine. Wine, like water, expands when it freezes, DO NOT STORE WINE IN YOUR CAR or anywhere else that will fall below freezing. The bottle shatters, the wine which is not yet entirely frozen spills out all over the floor if the bottle is located on the floor. You are in a worse situation if you had it on a seat. Best suggestion, drink your wine when you buy it, don't leave it till tomorrow. I should have bought wine in a box!  |
