Yahoo! Finance is good, and getting better everyday. As always it's is free. They have a great portfolio tracker with the standard twenty-minute delay for all ticker symbols.

Pros: Yahoo is an exemplary site that should not go down. Cons: To do this, Yahoo would have to become even more reliable.
