Pros: well laid out and informative
Cons: Information out of date and missing links
Oy Gottenyu, compared to the last IPO site I reviewed (Stockpoint), IPOMaven is a very good site for IPO information. It really isn’t that good, but at the very least, it provides a quality IPO hunting experience.

Pros: intensive, useful database
Cons: some may find it painful to navigate
IPOs are overrated.

That said, those researching the most recent filings and offerings best stick to the erudite grandaddy IPO site of them all--IPO Maven.
