Excellent choice for mortgage loans

Pros: helpful staff;good rates;
Cons: on-line underwriting program can be finicky at times
As a busy mortgage broker in Seattle, Washington I need to be selective about the lenders that I use. In this day and age, loans are not as easily brokered as they were a few years ago. Incompentency and over-stipulation of loan conditions are rampant...
