Cons: Surprise APR hikes, no reward for good management, fees for line increases
Summary: If you are considering the Getsmart Visa card, then I have a special message for you. "Do not get this card!" I repeat, "Do NOT get this card!" Instead, I strongly advise you to hold onto your wallet and look elsewhere.

Pros: credit for (almost) everyone, ultra fast online billpayment
Cons: high rates..telemarketer calls, this card is only if you need/build credit.
Summary: you can imagine that it's hard to get credit if you're new to the country...you get your social-security...you are becoming a resident..but what you want is CREDIT !

Cons: be careful on your spending!
