Pros: Internet access to your account
Cons: AWFUL customer service; VERY difficult to get things resolved
Summary: I had a mortgage through IndyMac, not Loanworks, so I'm speaking specifically to IndyMac here -
They slapped me with insurance I didn't need and charged my escrow account....twice! 26 calls and 14 faxes to their customer service department ... read more
