Pros: QL was patient, diligent, polite, and worked hard making things happen. Cons: Inconsistent requirements for the client too many CSRs Took too long due to miscommunications.

Pros: Online paperwork. Cons: Pay minimal closing if intrest rates go down for another refinance but still save alot.
