Cons: Poor communication from the processor to the closing team and from the closing team/attorney

Pros: Were knowledgeable and did not try to defend the undefensible. Refunded deposit without much hassle.
Cons: Could not or would not use good business judgement in their evaluation.

Cons: None. My "complaint" is they call constantly to keep you updated on the process.

Cons: Too many people involved with a single file. "Excessive" document requests.
