Pros: Fast, Responsible, Respects the consumer, and only offers a product that benefits your situation. Cons: The $400 upfront towards closing is difficult if you're not intent to buy/refinance.
The loan process was clearly described and all of the people involved where very quick to respond to my needs. All agents managed my account and personal information with respect. Whenever I had a question it was almost always answered within ...

Pros: Closing was very quick and convenient. The rate we got was very competitive. Cons: It is still hard to believe that a mortgage this easy could be legitimate.
Throughout the process our loan officer, Mark Hegenbart , was very informative. His good faith estimate was broken down so that we could understand what each charge was for. The comparison of the estimate & the final settlement statement was ...

Pros: Great customer service. Great rate (4.875, no points, 30 year fixed) and low closing costs. Cons: Minor issue on rate - however it was resolved quickly.
The government's "Making Homes Affordable" plan allowed my wife and to refinance our 6.0% 30 year fixed rate mortgage. Our original loan was backed by Fannie Mae and we were not paying PMI. When we first started exploring a refinance we had ...

Pros: Offered options we hadn't considered Better interest rate and terms than found elsewhere Fast closing! Cons: Digitally "signing" documents online made us a little uncomfortable, but the advantages outweighed the disadvantages!
I contacted Quicken Loans when we were considering refinancing our mortgage. We had two mortgages and wanted to get some cash out in order to (finally!) landscape the front yard. Unlike other banks I had contacted, the agent at Quicken Loans ...

Pros: Fast, professional and courteous service. Cons: One small con: the loan was sold before first payment was made.
It was fast, easy and painless for us. I researched rates online at bankrates.com and Quicken had best rates. I tested several companies for rates, but Quicken beat everyone for our loan rate. We applied online, got approved, and closed less than two ...
