Pros: They are first appeared to be very interested in accepting my refinance.
Cons: I feel that one person should handle everything, it does not get too confusing.

Pros: The closing was done by a knowledgeable notary public in my own home.
Cons: My broker changed at the end of the process and I was not informed.
