Pros: The process was quick, easy, everything was clearly explained, and able to follow application online.
Cons: Having so many different people involved in the approval process could get confusing.

Cons: Insufficient internal communication, and a lack of training in customer service skills.

Pros: They came to my house for closing.
Cons: The mortgage provider slowed it down a bit which was no fault of Quicken.
