Pros: Process went quickly from initial inquiry to final signing. Came to my home for closing.
Cons: High on closing costs and collected for homeowners insurance which former lender paid. Ok now.
Summary: I initially was only curious about what rate mortgage loans were currently at and was surfing the web and ended up "strumbling" onto Quicken Loan's website. Glad I did. From the initial contact to the final closing the whole process went very ... read more

Pros: QuickenLoans was able to roll a home equity loan into my refinance.
Cons: Disappointed with lack of communication, hard documentation gathering, and speed from application to closing.
Summary: My expereince was not really a good one. Once the application was filed, I felt that we were handed off to someone lacking experience and who basically put us on the back burner. When she did contact us, it was always to request additional documentation. ... read more

Cons: The uploaded documents were not always accessible to my loan officers.

Cons: Quicken charges $500 up front whether they fund your loan or not.
