Quicken Loans

Pros: Super fast approval closing process.
Cons: There were no cons.

Romeo was an excellent loan officer. He didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver and was professional and courteous through out the process.

Pros: I did get a low rate and the loan officer had a sweet southern accent.
Cons: Quicken Loans has stressed me out to no end. 

Quicken took forever to close the loan and I ended up signing on the eve of the closing date.  This is despite assurances from the loan officer that "things would happen very quickly."

To make matters worse, Quicken sold the loan to Chase weeks after closing.  I had already made my first payment but Quicken neglected to report that to Chase.  Now I've received a letter from Chase asking me to make a payment that I already made to Quicken.  This situation will likely take many phone calls and long waits on hold to sort out.  Thanks a lot Quicken Loans!!! 

Pros: All that was needed from them was handled in a timely fashion

I felt that the company and my service representive Gwen did a great job. People called back and sent all paperwork in a prompt fashion. I would recomend them to anyone needing a morgage.

Pros: Fast, efficient, on-line, hastle-free, low closing costs. Unbelievable customer service.
Cons: Absolutely none.

I recently needed to refinance my mortgage that is currently with Bank of America.  Bank of America wouldn't help me at all and just delayed my current refinance.  I was fortunate to be referred to Quicken Loans and David Juan.  David is an experienced Executive Broker with QuickenLoans and after experiencing average customer service with previous brokers and loan officers, I realized David beats them all.  From the beginning to the end David was there, on the phone or emailing me back immediately.  He explained the competitive loan products Quicken offers and assisted me in making the best choice for my situation.  The process was fast, efficient and hastle-free. Closing was the easiest I have ever experienced in my life.
I recommend David Juan at Quicken Loans for anyone who needs a mortgage of anykind.  He will assist you throughout the entire process and take care of your future needs as well.

Our bank gave us roadblock after roadblock, even though we had an excellent credit rating and a sizable down payment.  I called Quicken, and David Corbeill knew how to make the approval happen.

Pros: Easy, Info Online, Saved Us $ 
Cons: Cheated out of $, No one returned phone calls regarding this matter

My husband and I refinanced our house with quickenloans and cashed out to pay off credit card debt.  The whole process took about 5 weeks and closing was fast and easy.  Someone actually just came to our house and it took about 20 minutes.  The only problem we ran into is that we were told we would receive $400 (refund for the good faith deposit) at closing.  At last minute, we were told we were getting only $307 back because lock in date was extended ...but then our check was actually only $277.  I emailed and called them about this, but no one ever got back to me.  

Pros: Enjoyed working through email and using your website to respond to your requests.
Cons: none that I can think of

It was an overall pleasant experience on your side. Had a bit of a problem with my old loan company. The Quicken team was very proactive and helpful.

Cons: the only problem i had was i  do not have a home computor

Re-mortage for lower rate and saw the ad on the computor pop up and did some research. It look like a good deal and I called. It was a little difficult because i do not have a computor at home so all had to be done at work, which can be difficult, The closing was completely easy they come right to your home and with in 15 mins everything is done. Great company and easy to deal with. Maybe you should advertise elsewhere beside the computor because not eeryone has a home computer and it would be beneifical to your company, I would definetly recommend Quicken Loans to other people and have.

My banker was Randy Ross. I could not have asked for a better banker. Randy made my home buying experience very pleasent. I will refer quicken loans to anyone I know who are buying a home

We refinanced with Quicken loans in May 2009 and had a great experience. They're rates were the lowest I found and the process was quick and easy.
There was some confusion as to the breakdown of fees (but I think this happens with all refi companies, who seem to each speak a different language). My loan officer was always responsive to my questions though and returned calls quickly. The website made it easy to download all the paperwork and made the experience more efficient.

Pros: Able to sign preliminary paperwork through secure website.
Cons: Can't think of one.

I tried to contact a Sallie Mae to refi our house and found that they had merged with Quicken Loans.  I had such a great experience with Sallie Mae that I thought that I would just give Quicken an email to see what they had to offer.  I had a return call within an hour!  I can't speek enough about the knowledgable staff.  They kept in contact with me regarding the paperwork for the loan.  I liked that most of the preliminary papers were able to be signed through their website - CONVENIENCE!  Arragements for our loan to be notarized was to our schedule, not theirs.  It was a extremely smooth transaction and the staff is awesome.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for loan services!!!
