Pros: All on-line, convenient, fast (closed in 45 days), closing done at our home. Cons: Occasional lack of good communication between departments at Quicken.

Pros: Fast closing, ability to offer good interest rates. Notary comes to your home for signing. Cons: NO customer service when a problem occurs. Hard time getting answers via e-mail regarding problems.

Pros: Professionalism and courtesy of representatives. Ease of use of the on-line documentation system. Cons: Being unclear on what the closing costs would be. The (seemingly) constant requests for additional documentation.
