Pros: The loan transaction was handled professionally by the VP. Cons: The initial high pressure salesman with mercenary ethics.
Initially my wife and I had a bad experience with a high pressure salesman using guilt and misinformation to push through a package with unacceptably high closing costs and small bottom line savings. As an example, the salesman tried to convince us that ...

Pros: Getting the loan was easy. We only had to meet with a person at closing. Cons: Procedure took longer than expected, from start to finish. Closing costs were a bit costly.
I discovered Quicken Loans on line, after my husband read about lower interest rates and made a comment to me that perhaps we should refinance at a lower rate. I got on-line and clicked on Quicken Loans and started to fill out the information ...

Pros: Having everything online was convenient and less time consuming. Cons: Although this was a secure site can never be sure how safe personal information is.
The name quicken is certainly deserved. I refinanced my home with Quicken Loans, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a loan company. I have gone through this process quite a few times over the last 10 years and I must say this ...
