Pros: Readily accessible and available. Even gave us her personal cell number. Cons: They weren't local, but made up for it by being constantly available.

Pros: Nice website, too easy to do transactions online. Cons: Dishonest; we paid about 25% more than we were initially told. Retain a lawyer.
