Pros: Easy to deal with Quicken as there was a contact person available whenever needed. Cons: Did not have face-to-face contact with the Quicken representatives. Actually no problems.

Pros: Mortgage consultant was available all the time - I was never placed on hold! Cons: I really don't have any cons with the whole refinancing experience with Quicken Loans.

Pros: Excellent care given by well trained people. I didn't feel pressured. Cons: Closing people should show more initiative in getting correct figures and follow through better.
