Pros: Everything is done online or over the phone except for the closing.
Cons: It wasn't volunteered that there's better deal if you borrow certain amount.

Pros: Joy was always coureous and professional and made every effort to answer my questions.

Pros: Able to complete almost everything online or over phone. Always someone available to answer questions.
Cons: Closing costs were higher than some other companies. Some of the forms were slightly confusing.
Overall, my experience with Quicken Loans has been a good one. We had a first mortgage with an interest rate of 6.5% and we able to refinaince at a fixed rate of 4.5%. We lowered our monthly payment and we will make back what we paid in closing costs ...

Pros: The majority of our responsibilities could be managed from the comfort of our own home.
Cons: Other than the Notary, no face-to-face contact or putting a name with a face.

Pros: Very informational. Always in contact and quick to respond to questions. Polite.
Cons: Repeatedly requested the same information. Only a notary at closing and phone number for questions.
