Pros: Easy to apply.
Cons: Nothing.

Everything was easy and fast.  The e signatures were great.  Everyone there were helpful, knowledgeable, and communicated well.  They made submitting and faxing forms easy.

Pros: Great rate, great rate, great rate, great rate
Cons: Very slow with processing the loan, didn't keep us informed and the process stalled. 

Glad its over, I wasn't happy with the attention to detail, lack of communication between departments  and the flow of information. 

Pros: Using my home computer for paperwork,closing at home, the helpful associates
Cons: NONE!  This was the best mortgage experience of the many I have experienced.

I loved working with the Quicken associates.  They were friendly and professional.  Being able to work on the loan from home was a big plus as I am semi-retired and a care-taker for a disabled husband and two grandchildren.  Closing at home was extremely helpful and amazing.  Thank you for the great experience "Quicken".

After being burned on a low-ball appraisal by Lending Tree, I decided to try Quicken. The loan officer (or college kid or whatever he was) told me, flat-out, that the $500 was for an appraisal fee and that yes, the appraiser would be LOCAL someone who knew the area. (The experience I had with LT was that they sent someone out who had no idea how to appraise my house). I was also told by the guy at Quicken that this money yes, for sure, was appraisal money--good faith money -- and that I'd get it back after we closed, minus the appraisal fee

After the appraiser called to set up, I saw that he was form a completely different area code in a completely different part of the state. And so I backed out. And they kept my money (but I am going through legal means to fight it).

LT listed my home for $43,000 LESS than a local appraiser appraised it for. People: GO LOCAL. Stay AWAY from this soul-less company.

Pros: I liked that i could view the process online
Cons: I was called by your personal at work and by another appraisor.

Your staff was patient with me and very helpful with the process and even got me a lower interest rate than i expected. 

Pros: Nick Tomas never gave up on working with me.  
Cons: Our first rep at Quicken promised better rate but did not lock in (apparently??).  

I Refinanced my home with cash out to pay closing costs.  The online application process was the best I have seen along with the multi step online review process.   Be sure to confirm your rate gets locked in and always compare terms with your LOCAL BANK as closing costs vary.

Pros: Quick response, easy to read documents, killer interactive website for easy care of documents.
Cons: The process got stalled; they extended the deadline so I did not lose my rate.

Got the best darn rate --  4.36% -- one could hope for along with excellent service. I have and will continue to recommend QickenLoans.

Cons: No office in Austin ,TX area

I enjoyed Raymond, Rola and other team's great service, quick response and personal follow up for detail and loan closing.

I do recommend Quicken to my relatives or friends for future refinance.

Cons: Concerned when we did not receive our checks or notification of a loan number quickly.

All contact was made over the internet and by phone.  Great service when attorney came to the house.  Everyone called back as promised.

I found Quicken on a search using Yahoo for refinancing my mortgage.  The rate quoted was very competitive and the process could not have been smoother.  Customer service and follow up was great.  Questions were answered promptly either by e mail or on the phone.  Everyone was upbeat and friendly and knowledgeable about their process and what I needed to do (very little!)

Pros: We were 100% financed
Cons: We had to have an escrow account with this product

This is the first time that either myself and my fiance has ever owned a home, and we did not know what to expect. Neither of us knew a thing about mortgages but soon learned very much. Michele was a HUGE help in helping us understand the way mortgages work. Not only did she explain things in "English" rather than "Mortgage Language", she was there EVERY time I had a question or concern, she made sure that everything was understood and didn't stop until it was, I could not have done it without Dan and Michele. The whole process took less than a week and a half which is PHENOMENAL, I could not believe how fast the turn around time was from filling out the application to the day we closed. Thank you SO much for such EXCELLENT service. I will be a returning customer in the future and will refer my family and friends to this company for a mortgage.

Pros: Their speed in replying is far superior to anyone else we found.
Cons:  The fees involved in refinancing are a hard pill to swallow.

When we wanted to refinance our home and get out of the ARM they put us under Quicken Loans was the easiest and best place we found to work with. Most other places said they would get back to us and usually it was several days before we heard anything. Quicken returned information the same day or the next day and they were very easy to work with. Another thing we were impressed with was they stated they monitor our loan and if the interest goes down to where we can save even more they will re-do the loan for free. This is the only plaqce we found that would make this statement. Usually most other places will update your loan to a lower interest but charge you the normal fees again. We would urge anyone to give them an opportuinity to do your home loan. We did, and we are very happy.

Refinancing my house was an enigma to me.  One night I was surfing the internet and decided to inquire about refinancing.  It was truly amazing how quickly the process happened.  The next day I received a phone call and we discussed what I wanted to accomplish with the refinance.  As the saying goes "the rest is history".  Quicken has simplified my life.  My interest rate was lowered, the time frame of my mortgage was lowered and I was able to pay off some high interest credit cards.  Based upon my experience I have recommended Quicken to several friends.

We refinanced our home through Quicken loans. It could not have been easier. Everyone involved was professional and easy to work with.
I was asked what my goals were and they were all met. The process was simple and very efficient. I would recommend your company and services to anyone.
All departments were easily accessed and responded quickly to questions.
I have never had an easier time with a refi and I have gone through the mortgage process at least 8 times in the last 15 years.

We recently refinanced our home with Quicken Loans.  The process from beginning to end was approximately three weeks.  Dave Cadotte and his staff were very professional.  Constant Email and phone contact as well as their interactive website made it easy for us to know the exact status of our loan throughout the process. 

I would definitely recommend this company for people wanting to refinance.  They were able to lock a great rate that other companies in our comparison shopping were unable to meet. 

The closing documents were prepared in accordance with our expectations, and the closing was held at our home at the time of our choosing.
