Pros: They provided super fast customer service, convenient uploading of docs and they were very nice.
Cons: Just the small glitch with escrow. Otherwise, great service and great company to deal with.

They paid all the fees. I am expecting a small check.
Cons: They need to figure out how to use e-sign for everything, even closing.
