Pros: Being able to sign, copy, and upload necessary documents makes the process easy.

Cons: Only company that offered this program if you had PMI, therefore no comparison costs.

Pros: MyQL.com. Process went very quickly compared to other times we refinanced or attempted to refinance.
Cons: Hold times on the 800 were very long. Our first assigned CS person was terrible.
