You need to carefully reread my opinion. Apparently you are misunderstanding because I never lied and I personally called Eloan to explain the problem before we ever even looked at a vehicle. Perhaps you should try making sure you understand the facts next time before you make an assumption.

What are you thinking??? (Reply to this comment)

The form should have been clear stating you had to have atleast one months employment. I think it's pretty implied it has to be a current employer! Sorry- I don't feel sorry for you... you LIED for pete's sake! Maybe you should have takent he time to call ELoan and find out what they could do for you before you ran out and bought a new car. And threating to sue them???? What are you nuts? YOU LIED!! They have every right to cancel the agreement! Now wonder you're going back to school! Lesson Learned: Don't LIE on a loan application!

I can't say I blame them. I mean, how likely would you be to loan me money if I just quit working and had no income? Besides that, you did lie on your application, and you did have to give an electronic signature stating that the information provided was true. You may want to be careful going to court as you could almost be hit up for purgery if they decide to twist things a bit! Good luck.

They should have allowed you to enter the information truthfully, but you also lied about your employment status. I'll stay away from them nonetheless...
