Not only great info on IPOs, but easy access to documents and up to the minute news and prospectuses -- AND all FREE! They update the information intra-day and they provide a free newsletter and alerts which keep me up to date on the latest, quiet period, lock-ups, filings, pricings, withdrawals, etc... Also they aren't trying to sell anything (i.e. company or edgar reports)so their content is trustworthy and objective. I was able to download a prospectus from SG Cowen and read about an IPO and contact a broker all within the time frame I needed to get the access to the deal I wanted.
