First time home buying can be a cumbersome and stressful experience. When my husband selected Norwest to finance our purchase of a new home, I instantly read through the epinions site and reviewed other people's experiences. I am delighted to say that, since the purchase of our new home is complete, Norwest made applying for and obtaining our mortgage a painless process. The customer service department was extremely cooperative and eager to assist us in the mortgage process. Despite all of the horror stories I have heard about mortgage companies, Norwest and its representatives were thorough and patient with us as first time home buyers. They made our mortgage process seem effortless! They also referred us to a great real estate lawyer who displayed the same amount of patience with us.

Kudos to you, Norwest.
