The service I received was excellent, in person and via telephone conversations. There is a lot involved in the initial paperwork but they make it seem so easy. Although the detail of the information they need is pretty extensive almost to the color of toilet paper you use (LOL). The process was fairly quick and definitely painless.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is need of a mortgage company. I would especially recommend them to first time buyers who may seem a little nervous about the whole process. They were really able to make this stress-free process.

My experience with Countrywide.com has been very successful. They even have a place to sign up and make your monthly mortgage payments on line. It is quite nice because you can always get an up-to-date look at your history, escrow and all other aspects of your account right at your fingertips.
