Switched to E-Trade from Schwab

I have used E-trade for the past year and I and happy with their service on-line. I switched from Schwab mainly since the trades are cheaper. Schwab will charge your account (I think) $20 every year if you do not trade enough. I was with Schwab for almost a year till I found out they do charge the $20 fee. That alone was a good reason to leave. E-Trade has been OK -not Great- like I first thought. Trades are about $20. A frequent problem that I have is that my Portfolio does not pull up each time I log on. I think the error is a Server error. This inconvenience has been a minor one since it has not happened when making trades. Their online support which I use a lot is good.
