Is it right?

When you go to an ATM that isn't your bank they charge you a fee from $1.00 to $2.00. The banks have their purpose of doing it. Since, they are not your bank it needs to retrieve your account to give you money. The process may be the reason why their is a surcharge fee. You can avoid this by getting money from your bank as much as possible. If it is an emergency then you would need to go to the nearest bank machine. Try to plan ahead before going out. If you know you need money before going to your destination then retrieve the money from your bank. We cannot do anything to change the banks procedure.
