Watch out for First National CreditDec 27 '00 Write an essay on this topic.Today I got a letter from a credit company stating that I had been pre-approved for a gold card! I thought that's great! But as I read it and read it I thought to myself this sounds too easy. So I started to read between the lines and tried to find the company. Well I couldn't find the company and I also tried finding the small print. You know where it says that the minimum amount of credit you'll be approved for is 250.00. But it wasn't there. Then I thought to read it again and then I realized after reading it 4 times that no where in the letter did it say that it was a visa or mastercard. Plus they wanted 37.00 to get it approved. So in other words it pays to read everything for what it says and not what you read into it. Be weary of this company. I just wanted everyone to be aware of it.  |
