It's about time someone took the Exchange Idea to a New Level. I recently began looking into a Small Business Loan and found that I was easily frustrated by all the misleading ad's and hype surrounding Online Lending. I must have went to 15 different sites before someone said, "Check out Lendingtree". Upon arriving at the site I found it to be well thought out and well laid out. I have heard that others have had a problem with it, but that could be due to relative inexperience in using transactional sites. After looking around the site I decided to apply for one of the Loans.
It took about 15 minutes all in all I think to fill in the simple form. I cant imagine having to get in my car and travel to over a hundred different lending institutions and going through the process of Filling out thier forms, while some Joker in a 3 piece scrutinizes my every move. So I can say that by branching out and including so many Top Notch Institutions Lendingtree really made the Experience a good one.
The overall offers that were returned to me were pretty competitive considering it would have taken heaven knows how long to distribute My Application to so many lenders, and when I checked the rates against the Same institutions "Offline Brick and Mortar Establishment", I was actually amazed to find out that the rates were actually higher if I would have went in and filled out the App. Not to mention the fact that they were really conservative. So it was better that I was able to go through the process in the Luxury and Quiet surroundings of my own abode.
